Job Description :

- Define the product strategy and create the prioritized roadmap with a passion for building a world class product combined with an ability to think BIG!

- Ardent in design and build complex technology products that use a wide range of the latest technologies

- Accountable for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle with an ability to demonstrate the product from concept to the product launch.

- Experience in handling product transition phases and can drive the transition requirements lifecycle.

- Establish credible relationships with product stakeholders.

- Ability to interact with senior leads on client communications to deliver business goals and objectives.

- Collaboration with Executive Team to develop high-level strategies and quarterly goals on the product line.

- Hands-on experience in managing the requirements backlog.

- Evangelize agile, lean, and continuous development best practices

- Hands-on experience in managing and mentoring team product team members.

Additional Skills :

- Highly quantitative, analytical and business-minded, ability to solve complex problems in an organized way.

- Prior start-up experience will be an advantage.

- Data driven and analytical approach is must.

- Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail and user experience awareness.

- Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

- Strong organization and planning skills, ability to maintain multiple projects un-compromising results.

- High energy, can-do attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get things done.

- Excellent networking skills, especially with multiple stakeholders and product line.

- Strong motivational skills, especially when it comes to leading a team.
