Digitos Next being a technology-focused Product Company, R&amp;D is our brain of the organization. We have invested in setting up a state of the art 30,000 sqft R&amp;D centre in Delhi, India. It houses two R&amp;D divisions i.e. IOT R&amp;D centre and ML/AI R&amp;D Centre. In near future, we will be opening a Deep learning lab in Canada. The R&amp;D facility is supported by a full-scale prototype development facility wherein we design and produce fully functional prototypes/products for testing or small size batch production. Job Purpose : We believe that today no big or mid-size company can manage the innovation alone. Co-innovate and Co-creation is the order of the day. At Digitos Next, we are in the process of a boutique innovation lab which will help aspiring/existing entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into reality. The focus of the innovation lab will be e-healthcare, AI/ML Analytics, Smart Signage and BFSI. Key Role : - To work with the board and prepare the 3-5 years road map for the incubation centre. - To prepare business plan &amp; budget for the incubation centre and get board approval. - To prepare and implement the operational plan. - Market activation via strategic alliances in India and abroad. - To lead the offline and digital marketing effort and other brand-building activities. - To manage the operations of the incubation canter including stakeholder management. - To represent the incubation centre in various national and international forums. Profile/Skill Set : - The person with at least 5 years of experience of managing a P&amp;L responsibility in a start-up or fast-paced organization. - Entrepreneurship experience is a must. - Failed entrepreneurship will be an added advantage. - Seasoned leaders looking for second chance can apply. But they should have familiarity and comfort in working in start-up culture. - Managing incubation/acceleration centre will be desirable. - Good in marketing and networking within the startup community.
