- Extensive service industry experience (Voice/Chat/Back-office) in Operations management / Quality Management along with driving improvement projects - Build a Continuous Improvement roadmap for driving operational improvement for the client's business operations - Support digital POV development and Account Transformation roadmap through LeanSixSigma / Automation - Works with Consulting, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities - Providing Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Excellence methodology - Working closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process monetizable opportunities, process bottlenecks to drive stabilization, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements across the business or organization - Lead and Implement business process management system for new clients and transitions - Strong Quantitative and problem-solving ability: Ability to conceptualize complex problems and develop an analytical road map for them - Added advantage: Functional knowledge of RPA, Intelligent Automation, Chatbots etc.
