Scope : 1. Detailed understanding of Sales, Supply and marketing business processes in FMCG industry, particularly in Distributive Trade scenario - Knowledge of eCommerce and Digital Marketing areas will be an added advantage 2. Detailed knowledge of Statistical Techniques: Forecasting, Clustering, Optimization, Lift Models, Text and Survey Analytics, Analytical Tools and languages: SQL, JMP, SAS, R, Business Intelligence, Tableau, Google Analytics Analytical Problem Life Cycle: Structured Problem Solving, Design of experiments, Hypothesis building and testing, Insight generation, Storyboarding, Presentations 3. Previous experience in Leading Data Analytics solutions Leveraging high end machine learning and cognitive computing capabilities to develop recommender engine that drives business growth such as SKU recommender, Sales Route planning, Sales Force incentive planning, Market Mix Modeling etc - Built a Decision Support System that raises early warning indicators along with potential root cause and targeted task lists to mitigate the issue 4. Organization Building: Recruitments, Mentoring, Analytical Workshops and trainings, collaterals building Main responsibilities of include: - Partner with Sales, Supply and Marketing business to Identify new IT, Digital led projects and bringing in best suited technology innovations at a fast pace to drive business benefits - Deliver these Digital led innovation projects as per times lines, budget to realize tangible business benefits - Identify suitable vendor partners and lead vendor teams to deliver the program - Liaison with Global IT team to understand Global IT capabilities in Sales and Marketing area and work with Global IT team, IT vendor partners to drive these projects - Interface with Procurement on contracts, commercials
