Digital Workforce Advisor - Consulting Firm (5-15 yrs)

Expectations and work : 

- A confident business professional who supports clients in workforce transformation programs. You are aware of the impact of technology evolution on the work environment and you are a though leader in relevant trends and concepts. You are able to contribute to business case definition and realization as part of e2e technology transformation programs. The more complex the challenges are, the more excited you are about leading the charge to solve them.

- Engage with C level clients and key decision makers on the workforce related business challenges/trends and the value potential of Microsoft technology solutions most notably workplace and collaboration tools

- Support clients in identifying and defining the human implications of their cloud enabled transformation journeys throughout the project life cycle (including origination, proposal development and client presentations)

- Set strategic - and achievable - goals from a workforce perspective and find the smartest approach to help client organizations embrace technology driven change.

- Lead and manage client and internal teams on projects of varying size and scope - helping to define and execute workforce transformation roadmaps

- Become a trusted advisor to help your clients, team, and Accenture Leadership stay current on trends, and innovations across your area of expertise

- Harvest and build thought leadership, assets, best practices and contribute to the continuous growth of the Accenture Microsoft Business Group Advisory team

- Build relevant local relationships with Accenture, Avanade and Microsoft expert communities.

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of consulting experience in a professional services/consulting or industry setting with focus on HR/Workforce strategies and/or Change Management initiatives

- Strong interest in innovative technologies and desire to work on pioneering engagements

- Prior experience working on transformational projects at the intersection of business and workforce technology

- Minimum of 3 years building and maintaining client relationships up through key leadership

- Proven experience working with agile methods and design thinking tools

- Proven people developer with a passion for managing and growing teams

- Bachelor/University degree
