Digital Transformation Role - Manufacturing/Aerospace Sector - ITeS/BPO

Job missions:

- Defines digital technology roadmaps working alongside clients, peers and partners - collaborating and co-creating,

- Consults clients on the impact of Digital technology, and how digital strategy and solutions fit into an organisation's business strategy,

- Manages activities that take place during pre-sales, solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation,

- Explores emerging Digital developments and makes recommendations for investments and capability building,

- Builds network within the firm and win the trust of the clients,

- Be a mentor and develop growth charter for team members

Desired profile:

At least 8 years of progressive experience in Digital Services or Consulting firm or Industry in delivering large scale digital transformation programs

Technical skills:

- Strong expertise in multiple Digital areas - AI, IoT, Industry 4.0, Analytics, Cloud, Mobility, Blockchain, etc, both from business and technical perspective

- Understands business application of Digital Technologies more than just the technical know how

- Proven experience in Design Thinking, Agile & Change Management methodologies

- Project Management Experience (preferably PMP certified)

- Strong presentation skills and ability to present clearly and convincingly to influence senior client stakeholders
