Digital Transformation Role - Banking Domain - Big4

Mandatory expereince

- 8+ years overall experience

- Good Communication skills and good articulation

- Demonstrates Business Acumen in the projects done

- Senior stakeholder management

- Experience in Banking domain - Retail, Private banking, Corporate banking

- Experience being part of Digital Transformation projects with Banks

- Business requirements gathering from HSBC stakeholders - including current state , to be state , Traceability, High level business solution

- Analysis to support key decisions made by the Project sponsor or steering committee

- Align the analysis effort to SAFe methodology.

- Should be able to drive customer journeys independently

- Prior experience as Project Manager in digital transformation projects with Global Banks

- Experience in Banking domain - Retail, Private banking, Corporate banking

- Agile experience

- Must have good experience with Jira, Confluence

Project Management skills - Stakeholder management, RAID Logs, Project Planning, Status reporting, Governance meetings, Project Benefits & Budget tracking.

1. Transformation Experience of preferably working with large banks

2. Experience of working with people from different geographies (actual international experience is not mandatory but working/ interacting with people from different geographies is needed)

3. Agile/ Scrum experience is highly preferred

4. Good communication skills

5. For GCB 5 the person should have experience of working on a complex transformation and be able to lead engagements
