Digital Transformation Role (8-15 yrs)
- Looking for Digital Transformation for our Captive client based in Gurgaon Location
- Proven operational excellence and client services experience in Back office/contact center industry specifically in Digital and CX transformation
- Identify the scope of automation along with operations team through feasible study
- Analyse and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software
- Minimum of 4 years of internal or external RPA/BI/ Analytics consulting experience in Back office
- Good to have experience with contact center Workforce Management, Intelligent Routing, IVR and ACD logic flow, Digital (OCR) routing
- Use of automation, analytics & other digital interventions to drive digitalization of call center / BPO operations.
- Willing to continue to learn as technology changes
- Good Knowledge of Visio and MS power point.
- Possesses knowledge of classes, components, objects, and interfaces.
- Minimum Graduate from any stream
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified (Good to have - not compulsory)
- Minimum 3 year of RPA Tool experience (iAutomate/Automation Anywhere/ Power Automate/ UiPath/Pega)
- Knowledge on ICR/OCR Technologies
- Good experience of BFS back office operations
