Job Description : The position will work closely with Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and be a link between the CEO and CDO. In the process, he/ she to ensure the right and timely implementation of the agreed digital roadmap.

Description :

- Strong program management of 'Digital roadmap' delivery - highlighting risks and potential mitigation steps

- Right dashboards to monitor progress of 'Digital' initiatives, esp. from CEO stand-point

- Identify all cardinal decisions and all the information required for the decision-making process

- Ensure all the important decision-making processes are digitized (And preferably automated to the degree possible)

- Digitize all key business processes covering functions as well as Operations to ensure seamless flow of information

- Sharing a timely risk view to CEO, with potential mitigation steps

- Enables right interventions from leadership to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in Digital function

- Be the key to connect leadership with the Digital team

Profile :

- Experience in Corporate Strategy / Management Consulting in Digital Transformation

- Experience of Power/ Renewables industry is good (not mandatory)

- Ability to manage key senior stakeholder relationships

- Demonstrated experience of working on large scale engagements

- Good understanding of risk management

- Analytical and strategic thinker who can plan, organize, execute and report out ideas and results
