Digital Strategy & Transformation Consultant - Manufacturing - Process/Discrete (9-15 yrs)
Overall experience of more than 9 years.
- Executive presence: Ability to engage the client at various levels (including the C-Level) of their organization, strong presentation and facilitation skills, ability to structure and facilitate workshops, ability to identify opportunities for digital transformation programs - on his/her feet
- Experience and exposure to digital technologies including OT | IT-OT | IoT Automation, Voice & Video based digitalization, use of Advanced Analytics for operational efficiencies, defect prevention, energy optimization, reduced unplanned downtime etc. is highly desirable.
- Should have worked extensively in Process and/ or Discrete Manufacturing.
- Experience launching and executing successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments.
- Good understanding of emerging technologies like Cognitive, AI/Deep Learning, ML, IoT/E and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Qualified to degree level or professional equivalent from Tier 1 College/ institute is required; M.B.A. or Master's in a relevant discipline from a top school or university strongly preferred.
