Experience:   MBA with 2-8 years of experience in Digital strategy/ transformation in Government and public sector. Preferably from Strategy consulting firms with established GPS digital strategy/digital transformation practice.   - Hands on experience in implementing digital strategies and or transformation programs for governments  Job Role :  Client engagements  - Structure impactful strategies for client engagements  - Manage large teams or multiple teams of small sizes to ensure high quality delivery across parallel engagements  - Manage and monitor engagement economics, individual revenue targets and Quality requirements  - Independently develop and manage client relationships and amicably resolve conflicts, if any  Business development :   - Demonstrate ability to explore new business opportunities at existing clients  - Lead solution and proposal development  - Support directors/ partners in client pitches and meetings   - Practice and people development  A. Go-To-Market  - Contributing the Digital perspective to overall GPS sector strategy and GPS sector Go-To-Market (GTM) plan and materials  - Engage with sector team and Service Lines (SLs) to develop coordinated tactical plans to implement sector strategies  - Support Digital leadership in developing quarterly updates on Service Line activities and achievements  - Support theme / geography-based accounts by helping develop annual account plans and engaging in key pursuits  B. Innovation :   - Ideation and development of GPS Digital solutions in conjunction with the GPS Advisory Leader  - Anticipate and address industry disruptions by driving innovative, market leading solutions into GPS accounts to achieve growth  - Drive creation of Centers of Excellence focused on disruptive technologies / solutions  C. Alliances and events  - Develop and manage a technology-focused alliance map for GPS Digital across themes / geographies  -Develop and manage a calendar for EY-hosted market events, thought leadership, marketing events  D. Coordination with global sector  - Develop and manage joint GTM and account plans with AIM region  - Engage with AIM teams on pursuit planning and execution, relationship mapping, joint market events and thought leadership  - Participate in sector/Region growth accelerators and follow-up to ensure delivery of agreed plans  - Assist GPS Digital leadership with managing various sector/region - handshake- agreements (e.g. ASEAN)  - Assist GPS Digital leadership in preparing for market visits and EY global conferences  - Ensure participation in GPS communities and maintain direct relationships with global partners in SL, regional and Area wide networks - calls and communications through our broad Sector Communities  - Ensure India GPS Digital's presence in GPS and IDP all hands calls with GPS sector team (global and India), BMC, Knowledge and GSS to enhance teaming and facilitate delivery on GPS global sector priorities  E. People and capabilities :   - Help identify and promote key GPS Digital learning needs (across India region and globally)  - Contribute to content and delivery of GPS Digital learning  - Coordinate with Finance team to manage key metrics for GPS Digital like deployment, utilization, AR etc.  - Supervise and coach younger professionals and further develop people skills  Others :   - Develop subject matter expertise in digital strategy/customer specific competencies   Skills and competencies :  - Hands on experience in creating digital strategies/ developing business models  - Strong sector knowledge  - Ability to independently analyze client situations and develop impactful strategies   - Can define and execute a transformational change plan aligned with government's policy goals and context for change. Understands implications a new strategy will have on day to day cross functional operations of government and citizens  - Excellent written & verbal communication skills.   - Create a compelling message through a storyline in a deck. Can identify multiple storyline possibilities and choose best approach.  - Leads presentations for the entire project with the client. Advocates a point of view and orchestrates, addresses difficult questions/ conflicts during presentations  - Can engage stakeholders and drive colleagues to create consensus driven deliverables  - Demonstrated experience in managing teams   - Willing to travel extensively  - Published white papers, PoVs, thought leadership etc would be an advantage  Academic Qualifications :MBA from Tier-1 B-schools only
