The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following : - Contribute to the overall Digital S2P strategy - Redesign processes using industry best practices before applying technology - Ensure the technology solutions meet the functional needs - Deliver a digital S2P process - Deliver automation, adoption and efficiency resulting in value capture and a delightful user experience - Define KPIs, track regularly and take actions to address deficiencies - Serve as the business owner and expert for S2P systems - Oversee the creation of training materials for stakeholders involved in the process, executing training as required - Create, review and sign off SOPs The following is required for this role : - A greenfield S2P/P2P implementation on an ERP platform, preferably on the cloud - Implementation experience with digital technology (RPA, AI, ML) - High Concentration of Business Acumen, Digital and Complex Problem-Solving Skills - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or similar relevant field - Experience in leading and delivering large improvement projects, ideally within the source to pay, procurement, finance and supply chain management - Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile etc.) - Experience with process mapping and associated tools
