REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing.
2. 5 - 8 years work experience in the Education sector, or sales experience / sale concept in catering to education sector preferably online sales.
3. Good communication and presentation skills.
4. Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
5. Initiative, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
6. Good negotiation skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Promoting the need for Digital learning solutions for HE Institutions.
2. Handling issues of change management in evolving education markets.
3. Competently resolving issues relating to technology and the works.
4. Positioning the digital proposition as a pedagogy catering to visual, auditory,kinaesthetic learning requirements.
5. Being the SPOC for the territory on all queries related to Pearson digital learning solutions.
6. Overall ownership adoption and will carry the primary responsibilities for digital products in the region.
7. 100% retention of existing Institutions.
8. Customer Satisfaction and reviews.
9. No of promotion seminars and service workshops conducted.
10. Enhancing usage through training etc. for institutions subscribing to digital product services.
11. Usage of deployed products at individual Institutions.
REGION RESPONSIBLE
- Entire West India ( Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab etc)
