Digital R&D Change Management Leader

The role also must continue to champion all new digital capability for future proofing R&D's data as part of a team.

The project has several components:

[a] The Structured Data Capture tool (SDC) will be deployed to facilitate the consistent capture of data for use in model creation. The SDC will be configured to support the specific experimental data capture process within a given category, and will be a key tool in addressing the data loss in R&D.

[b]The Scientific Knowledge Base (SKB) will be used to store, integrate and analyse a critical body of high quality data from a diverse set of (internal and external) data sources, making it useful for model builders and informaticians across R&D. This central, high quality body of data will speed up the model creation process and ultimately our ability to leverage these models in simulations, which will in turn drive speed and agility into our R&D processes. The capability is the lynchpin for the first project and will also lay the groundwork for future, data based, Digital initiatives. The role will interact with the Project Leader on SKB to understand the As-Is predictive modeling and digital reality while supporting the digital roadmap to integrate data into the SKB.

[c] The Virtual Product Simulation [VPS] platform is the single user portal for all product and packaging simulation across R&D. The role interacts with the Global Project Leader for VPS to ensure a holistic change journey for all of R&D

[d] Models and their exploitation is at the core of the VPS and the continuous on boarding from Categories and users require an understanding of the role Modeling plays in product design. This role will interact with the users who would use the models, as also the model builders in Categories.

[e] Learning is the way Change is landed - this role interacts with the Learning Champions who would, in turn, define and design learning interventions for all first platforms, address queries around benefits and ensure digital upskilling of whole of R&D.

- Craft Change Management - Co Create the Change Management journey for the In Silico First change journey

- Craft the As-Is to To-Be transformation roadmap for every aspect of the end to end product design process along the Digital Workbench

- Drive rigour, relevance in identifying the diversity in As-Is situation for diverse audiences in Cluster/Categories/Capabilities

- Actively partner R&D transformation under Connected For Growth and workings of a CCBT through use of In Silico First approaches - define - white papers- with consultation with Digital R&D and R&D Operations

- Support a holistic creation of Learner and Business Needs- analyses

- Input into the In Silico First platform development as part of a team

- Input into the SDC and SKB as part of the team

- Must bring in best practices from internal teams ie Digital 2.0 and external partners to land a best-in-class transformation agenda

- Implement Change Management - Be able to implement change journeys, drive and embed new ways of working, manage stakeholder expectations, move from compliance to delight.

- To work with other In Silico First Project Leads, external partners ie Microsoft, Change Champions inside Categories and Capabilities to land a coherent, ambition Digital Transformation roadmap.

- To liaise with key interfaces and manage stakeholders - i.e., Learning teams, Cross-functional Change teams ie Connected World, Packaging Excellence, Category In Silico First leaders and experts, ETS and senior stakeholders within R&D, ETS

- To ensure talent development and growth of DRD team

Build a collaborative and energetic cross functional team

Establish a warm stakeholder management relationships to build enduring commitment- in the business.
