Job Overview

This role calls for an individual who understands front end technologies and personalization with experience in project management. It includes day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective running of their projects with a focus on delivery. With this in mind, an understanding of the principles of Project Management, appropriate methodologies and processes is vital. Equally important part of the role is tracking target outcomes and work on alignment strategies to achieve the same.

Experience & Skills required

- 6 to 8 years of experience in design and development of front end technologies (web, mobile & mobile app) with some exposure to project management is needed

- Focus on defining new customer experience / journey and improving existing experience on digital channels in existing role

- Hands on experience in technologies such as Java/J2EE and good understanding of other relevant technologies such as Angular JS, HTML etc.

- Some exposure to custom or off the shelf Web content management systems

Role & responsibilities

These are the main areas of focus for the Front End Digital Project Manager:

- Manage digital channels and constantly work on being a leading player in the industry

- Understand the key technical aspects of the development process for website delivery and mobile apps

- Manage multiple work streams for different digital projects (e.g. web-site development, mobile apps, sales app etc.)

- Work with external teams / third parties to drive project delivery - scope, timelines and cost

- Track project wise business outcomes, identify optimization levers and work towards the target outcomes along with different teams

- Be the hub of communication for the project - in regular contact with internal and external partners engaged in delivering our product.
