Digital Program Manager - BFS (5-10 yrs)
Key Deliverables -
- Managing the portfolio of self-trading customers and drive Digital First strategy
- Creating onboarding journeys for customers. Introducing him to all our products and platform
- Use AI/ML output to engage with the client, give relevant advice and drive self-trading behaviour
- Working on giving uniform advisory experience to clients although client is mapped to the pool of dealers
- Automating and managing various campaigns and reach out to larger number of customers with optimal resources
- Improve platform and product penetration and work on upsell and cross sell of products
- Development and maintenance of cutting edge technology tools to increase productivity and customer experience
- Responsible for frontline's achievement of defined monthly KRA and alignment of KRA policy with business requirements
- Maintaining an awareness of major industry trends and evaluate enhancement opportunities through continuous research
Job Requirement -
- Experience of 5-7 years in managing Products/ Digital Business in large organization
- MBA in Marketing/Financial Markets
- Self-motivated person who can manage end to end execution
- Should be good at creating new Systems, processes with help of IT
- Close attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through and excellent organizational & interpersonal skills
- Strong process orientation & ability to work with data
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Strong customer orientation
- Well versed with emerging technologies like cloud computing, CRM & LMS
