At People Matters, we are looking to add two dynamic and driven product marketing and growth professionals in Gurgaon as a part of our sustained new product learn-tech rollout. We are looking for Growth & performance marketing professionals, with hands-on expertise in digital product marketing with good understanding of UI & UX journeys.

We are a new age, niche media organisation with the largest talent and work digital community in Asia. We architect content & learning experiences for our global audience and offer high-quality media products by leveraging our presence across mediums like global content websites, magazine app and recently launched Learn-Tech platforms.

This role can be the launch pad of your career. We are Asia largest community for HR professionals with global aspirations. Today we engage with over 300,000 business leaders across our digital channels; we know that our global scale will come from our digital product innovation.

We are looking for exceptional digital performance marketers, passionate about new digital products are excited about the media tech revolution. We seek candidates who work well in teams with a culture of disciplined innovation and who embrace new tools and strategies that help in making the new products scalable.

What separates you from other marketers is your relentless drive for running new tests and experiments on a regular basis. You love data, but even more, you actually love implementing changes based on those findings - instead of just creating plans and dashboards.

Responsibilities :

- Report to the Global Head and develop new growth & marketing strategies

- Managed Profit and Loss (P&L) for new product vertical

- Designed digital product road map and loyalty programs

- Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance

- Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI's.

- Optimising campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment

- Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business & talent pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition with an implement, test, and measure mindset

- Writing content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages

- Testing different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group

- You build and run A/B tests across landing pages and the homepage

- Contribute to process, internal tools, websites and digital products development

Preferred Requirements :

- Having an entrepreneurial mindset

- Fast and willing to learn

- Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypotheses with data

- Experience in performance marketing & SEO

- A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience

- Being curious and creative

- Being relentless in pursuit of growth

- Preferred to have experience in Hotjar, Semrush, Hubspot and/or other similar tools within the growth & Analytics stack

- Prior working experience in EduTech/LearnTech is preferred but not required
