To bring together the intersecting needs of business, user experience and technology to define, support development and life cycle manage the digital products and capabilities for company's Distributors and Customer eCommerce journeys (web and mobile).
Defining Best-in-Class end-to-end Distributor and Customer Digital experience, working with global HQ, Regional vendors and partners (internal & external).
Understands company business needs, industry-wide development in technologies, user needs and specifically the technology stack (focus on Hybris & AEM).
Responsible for developing and implementing eCommerce strategy and the product road map, focused on maximizing business value and optimizing the products and capabilities to achieve both optimal user experience as well as maximizing return on investment.
Work closely with the Digital Services Analysts and IT development teams, supporting project development & implementations.
Perform analyses and provide interpretation, guidance and strong recommendations to aid decision making and inform business planning.
