Digital Product Manager - Logistics Domain - IIM/ISB/IIT/NIT/IIIT (3-8 yrs)

Client is a - total transportation solutions company that serves passenger and goods transportation requirements of different business types using its full spectrum of logistics solution offerings.

Client is building a digital ecosystem using modern technologies as one of the key drivers to accelerate growth and have set up - Its Digital to drive the digital agenda for the organization.

We are currently working to build disruptive business models and innovative solutions that create operational efficiencies for enterprise logistics team and address driver problems while improving end user experience.

About the role:

- As a Digital Product Manager, you will partner with Business Heads and broader digital leadership team to develop effective product strategies, visions and execution roadmap with a mission to shape and deliver digital products that transform customer's logistics experiences

- For the products within assigned portfolio, you will define measurable objectives to gain market share, maximize profitability and / or increase customer satisfaction through customer focused digital experiences

- In this role you will take accountability of driving digital product adoption and usage and responsible to increase CLTV using digital channels

Role key responsibilities:

- You will play an important role in leading cross-functional product teams through the process of designing and delivering digital solutions that solve business problems in logistics and capture opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance

- You will bring innovation in product adoption, customer loyalty and retention and think creatively to deliver first class digital solutions that create rapid impact

- In your role as digital product manager you will prepare and present product visions and proposals to the leadership team and wider organization - outlining how new business opportunities are expected to promote business growth and profitability in line with it's strategic goals

- You will display dynamic leadership while working with partners throughout the organization and leading product teams focused on innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, growth and success

- You will collaborate with Digital Marketing Head to define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that includes all elements of digital marketing including but not limited to; traffic acquisition, SEO/SEA, affiliate marketing and social media to align with strategic goals across brands, markets and products

- You will nurture top talent, networks and partners - identifying and building relationships with candidates for key open positions and future positions created by growth

Role key skills:

- Preferably an MBA from a premier institute (IIMs, ISB etc.) with a Bachelor's degree (preferably Computer Science) from a Tier 1 engineering college (IITs, BITS Pilani, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs)

- 2 to 8+ years of prior product experience with all stages of the product lifecycle

- Experience in passenger transport / supply chain / logistics / e-commerce will be a strong plus

- Deep intuition driven from user empathy, along with passion to back it up with data

- Good understanding of consumer behaviour to drive product delivery from conceptualization to implementation

- Deep experience in digital product development and marketing ideally in an ecommerce and/or digital logistics environment

- Exposure across all areas of digital acquisition marketing including PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and funnel optimization

- Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology

- Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand

- Entrepreneurial mindset with self-starter attitude, but also a team player with a professional presence

- Demonstrate thought leadership and can influence at all levels in the organization

- Must have a well-rounded user-centred product portfolio that spans some combination of web, mobile, tablet, TV, IoT, and wearables

- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and analytics

- Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes
