Digital Product Manager - Innovation - Digital Banking (2-6 yrs)
Opening for DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER (INNOVATION ) for a leading Bank for Kolkata location.
DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER - (Team - Digital Banking Innovation)
Primary Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop future roadmap and strategy for the digitization of the Bank existing and new product offering for acquisition, payments and transaction optimization.
- Conceptualize innovations and product development, seek business& cost approvals from senior management for the same.
- Develop, manage and oversee execution of all product development/ enhancement projects including approvals of BRDs, FSDs and other stakeholder approvals
- Manage over all relationship with internal stakeholders like various Business Heads, IT, Information Security, Risk, Compliance etc. for product development
- Deep Knowledge of new banking technology.
- Good Communication & Writing Skills (Must)
Core Skills & Qualifications :
- MBA from reputed college. Digital Banking certifications would be an added advantage
- Overall experience of 2 + years preferably in the NBFC/ BFSI / Fintech domain with specific experience in Financial Inclusion | Digital Banking | Fintech | Payments | Cards | Mobile Application| Innovation | AI/ML
- Experience in digital product development and management like mobile, internet channels and/or UPI Application or other tech driven solution
- Understanding of financial and e-commerce products & services
