The Role :
- Drive and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap. Build a product pipeline by leading analysis, research, and business case development for potential product launches and features.
- Hone a deep understanding of our various customer segments and act as their champion within the organization.
- Partner with leaders in marketing, operations, engineering to understand problems and opportunities within the business.
- Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers and research teams from end to end of the process.
- Develop further competitive differentiation in our digital platforms to build trust and drive compliance with our daily-use physical products.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
- Prioritize features with a view toward driving up conversion rates across the site for both new and repeat customers, with a view toward personalization, seamless repeat orders, and cross-category selling.
- Ultimately, reducing initial friction to drive down CAC while improving engagement to drive up LTV. Partner with creative, operations and marketing on features design, prioritization, and delivery.
- Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
- Synthesize internal stakeholder feedback and analytics to make product decisions.
- Develop product use cases and hand over to engineering timely and cost effective execution, then bridge to marketing for launches.
- Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
