Digital Product Manager - Ecommerce @ New Delhi Our client is a well known name into luxury home and office interiors, design, furniture, accessories and they would like to fill-up following position asap. Position : Digital Product Manager - Ecommerce Location : New Delhi Education : Engg Degree/ MBA Experience : 5+ years of sound experience in digital product management, e.g. in e-commerce Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. This is an Associate Director level position reporting directly to the Founder CEO as well as Group Advisor. Candidate must have 5+ years of sound experience in digital product management, e.g. in e-commerce. Group has 3 LOBs with HQ in the New Delhi: a. design b. retail (luxury) c. own-brand ( bridge luxury - manufactured/sourced ) The focus of this project is to launch the "own-brand" products as a primarily online B2C e-commerce business augmented with token physical stores ( 3 in India and 1 in US ) targetted at the bridge luxury segment. These products include own-manufactured furniture and sourced items including furniture and artifacts for the interior including fabric, glass and metal. 2. Role: The Digital Product Manager will work closely with the Founders and will be responsible for the initial launch and ongoing growth of the new line of online business. Responsibilities: The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Excellent experience in building responsive web-sites/web-apps - Excellent experience building mobile products across iOS and Android - Experience in delivering measurable impact across key metrics ( traffic generation, acquisition, conversion, retention, referral, revenue, up-sell, cross-sell, etc. ) - Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics - Solid synthesizing skills analyzing data and users' feedback in order to clearly communicate trends, and recommendations - A passion for new areas including AR/VR, 3D immersive modeling, immersive walkthroughs, metaverse - although a first hand experience in these areas is preferred - Proven and demonstrated experience in the following: - Understanding and analyzing business requirements - Well-constructed Product and Business Requirement Documents (PRD/BRD) that effectively articulate user benefits, business benefits, KPIs and unique use-cases for new products, product features and feature improvements - Creating accurate Process Flow diagrams for each unique use case - Collaborating with UX/UI Designers to complete Wireframing and Visual Design journeys - Working closely with Development & QA teams for successfully implementing and launching new products, product features and feature improvements - Working closely with Marketing teams on launching multi-channel Marketing campaigns to successfully promote new products, product features and feature improvements - Closely monitoring new product performance, product features and feature improvements regularly. Presenting insights ( status, progress, challenges, projections ) to key stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations and decisions to improve product performance - Conducting due-diligence on new potential partners to improve product performance and success, as well as preparing and presenting comparative analysis to key stakeholders - Conducting Post-Mortem Analysis after the launch of a new product, product feature or feature improvement, to determine successes, challenges and future improvements 3. Requirements: The main requirements of the candidate are: - Education: Engineering degree at the undergraduate level is required. A degree in business administration or related is desirable. - Work experience: 5+ years in the e-commerce or related digital business - Experience with Confluence, Jira and Google Analytics a must - Experience with Firebase, Tableau, or Adjust a plus - Demonstrated success in enhancing or bringing a new product to market - Project management experience is desired - The candidate is expected to have: - Excellent communication skills - oral and written - Confidence in communicating across levels and with external partners and customers - Natural collaboration and teaming abilities - Willingness to stretch in a startup environment to ensure a FTR ( first-time-right ) launch - Partner governance skills to ensure timely and quality delivery from delivery partners If you fit in, pls apply with your updated CV in Word format alon gwith current & expected CTC, notice period.
