Digital Product Manager - Customer Experience Roadmap (7-12 yrs)

This role is responsible for driving the Digital customer experience (CX) roadmap across multiple channels including the mobile app, mobile web, desktop, and calls centers. The incumbent will partner with marketing teams to formulate the CX roadmap and partner with Technology and Data teams to implement the roadmap.

- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment

- Define a world-class experience for customers that bridges online and mobile channels including messaging channels such as WhatsApp, etc.

- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise

- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others

- Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact

- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of digital product management experience

- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills that help you articulate customer problems precisely

- Persistence and resourcefulness - a whatever-it-takes approach to problem-solving and delivering great customer experiences

- You have an eye for great products and are able to influence business decisions with qualitative and quantitative reasoning.

- Experience building Enterprise B2B products is a plus.

- Customer obsession: The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our users' and partners' problems.

- A true passion for the Company's mission, our products, and the company's digital-first technology/operations nature.

- A "Driver" mindset: You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, a master explainer/simplifier, and constantly

- Computer Science, Math, or Engineering degree from a premier institute is a plus.
