Job Role : Digital Product Manager- Customer Engagement with Leading Pvt Sector Bank
This is a critical role to manage customer activation & post on-boarding experience with digital channels
- Responsible for managing end to end customer experience
- Responsible for engaging with all customer touch points: digital, social, traditional (email/SMS/PN), Call Center
- Responsible for managing & driving NPS
- Engage with Social Media Escalation & call center team to analyze top escalations & suggest improvements
- Execute customer surveys to get customer insights & feedback
- Leverage self-help tools & drive adoption
- Campaigns execution & management
Job Requirements :
- Individual with 3+ years of experience
- Product management experience is must
- Strong analytical mindset to drive insights from data
- Awareness of New Age engagement technology
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
