Role: Digital Product management in Automotive segment deliver business impact using technology Key responsibilities: - Collaboration with stakeholders - Integrate usability research & findings into product requirements - Create a product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria for the tech team - Own end to end team product delivery from inception to production - Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as sprint demos - Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production & communicate regular tracking to stakeholders - Works directly with VP Digital to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary Qualification and Skills: - MBA from Premium business school / B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science) Preferred '15-'19 batch 1. Product Management, Technology & Design skills - Experience working with a startup launching B2C digital products - Deep knowledge of Product Management concepts, practices, and procedures - Good understanding of design thinking principles & user centric design 2. Agile / Digital Experience - Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.) - Deep experience leading with teams in an agile setting
