Product Head- Personal Loans Product Head- PL Reporting to Business Head : Consumption, X-sell & PL Key Responsibilities : - Driving and transforming the new customer acquisition process, for Personal Loans business both for salaried and small ticket self employed segment. To deliver new customer journeys, rooted in digital acquisition, and a transformation path to reducing traditional channel dependency. - Should be able to create product solutions for targeted segment of customers (small ticket self-employed / salaried class) - Responsible for product ideation, conceptualization, planning and execution of the product lifecycle basis the customer requirements for multiple channels- DSA, connectors/partner app, Direct/DST led sourcing, Direct through customer app, branch banking channel, corporate tie up sourcing, partnership model. All these channels will be developed for NTB PL sourcing, product expected to grow significantly in near future within the Bank. - Derive consumer insights from the data gathered from analytics & statistical modelling - Extremely analytical and data driven; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets - Needs to have a blend of business, technology, analytics, product & portfolio expertise - Collaborate with all key stakeholders to build best-in-class process for customer acquisition with focus on using Digital tools, Instant Decision across Digital & non-digital channels. - Managing Sales Performance & Productivity: Through Creation and execution of variable compensation plans, sales productivity tracking, and training & recognition programs. - To manage, motivate and guide the team with business directional and cultural clarity Desired profile : - Post-Graduation Degree with a reputed institute. - 10+ years of digital product management or relevant experience as well as record of individual technical achievement - Experience in defining and building out product roadmap and business models - Understanding of financial modeling, forecasting and tracking as it relates to product delivery - Digital platform competency - Strong communication and presentation skills - Demonstrable experience working in retail banking, payments, e/m-commerce, online and mobile platforms - Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market is a plus
