Digital Marketing Strategist

Responsibilities :

- Own User Acquisition, Activation, Engagement and conversions numbers of all upskilling courses.

- Ownership of Product Driven and Digital conversions from the Upskill courses.

- Explore new funnels in upskilling courses to improve the overall revenue.

- Monitor and report on all Upskilling course performances regularly.

Digital Marketing Strategist :

- Guide growth associates to launch and optimize in-app other growth campaigns with optimal spend.

- Work closely with SEO and Performance Marketing teams to improve user acquisition.

- Optimise the Marketing spent to revenue ratio of all upskilling tracks.

- Clear tracking of campaigns and daily growth metrics.

- Create and optimize Upskilling focussed lead algorithm for the Sales Team.

- Provide quality leads to the Sales team with clear tracking of lead wastage.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Growth Marketing

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Experience in the Ed-tech industry or Product Startups.

- Should be willing to travel across regions.

- Should be good at Analytics and reporting.

- Should have experience in setting up user acquisition to conversion funnel and generate revenue from those funnels.

- Should have experience in Conversion rate optimization

- Should have expertise in marketing automation tools like clevertap, moengage etc.

- Good at people management

- Good at Strategy and planning
