Digital Marketing Specialist - FMCG/Consumer Durable

Context:

We are looking for someone who will anchor the growth of our website through various channels and help to scale up the Business by 3 - 4X.

Must Have Attributes:

- 2-3 years experience in scaling up a D2C brand

- Hands on experience in running FB/ Google ad campaigns

- Can provide strategic direction to team members on other aspects of online sales like CRO, SEO, Content Marketing, Influencer marketing, Affiliate marketing, Email marketing

- Familiar with tools like Klaviyo, mailchimp, pushowl

- Keen and observant eye & understanding of what it takes to build a brand

- In depth understanding of web analytics tools e.g. Google analytics, NetInsight, Web Trends, data studio, FB analytics.

- Experience with other ad platforms like Inmobi, youtube etc

- Data should be second nature, proficient in excel a must

- Understanding of organic channels like Email marketing, push notification
