Job Title: Digital Marketing

location: Bangalore

Job role :

- Lead and drive B2B marketing.

- Identify, build and execute Digital Marketing strategies for B2B opportunities

- Drive marketing activities to increase awareness and get B2B leads

- Increase website traffic, increase social media reach and followers

- Improve Website Ranking

- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

- Experience in Account-based Marketing

- Experience in Programmatic Marketing

- Create Outbound marketing initiatives focused on generating leads using channels such as Email, paid advertisements etc.

- Create Inbound marketing initiatives through content marketing

- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

- Develop and implement the online acquisition strategy including SEO/PPC and social channels

- Implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

- Work with the product team to develop and implement the roadmap of the site improvements

- strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to conceptualize and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns. You'll work with the sales and marketing team, supporting teams (such as content, design, etc), to launch campaigns on time and on budget.


- Proven track record of success driving leads to a B2B sales team through conversion optimization and analytics

- Data and analysis focused, you use data to drive strategy and ROI

- Provide recommendations on how to expand digital marketing capability including talent, skills, tools and platforms to maximize the digital channel reach and effectiveness.

- Demonstrated competence and knowledge of overall digital marketing (e.g. website, social media, mobile applications, E-sales tools) with the ability to turn the digital activity into meaningful marketing and business results.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES (Requirements) : 

- B-tech BS/MS or equivalent bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

- 3-4 years of proven working experience in B2B digital marketing

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns


Salary Offered : 10-12 LPA
