Digital Marketing Role - NBFC (1-4 yrs)
- Understand existing services, channels & processes in order to look for opportunities to digitize/ automate processes
- Evangelize new digital projects based on identified business needs; this will involve
- Liaising with internal stakeholders like IT, Product, Operations etc. & preparing detailed business requirement documents, RFPs, capturing user stories etc.
- Evaluating & manage vendor partners & managing deliveries with them
- Drive change management & adoption of new processes/ tools implemented
- Candidate should have inclination & understanding of digital marketing ecosystem & it's drivers like social media, analytics, SEO, SEM, Marketing automation, CRM, Campaign Management etc.
- Manage existing platforms & plan enhancements as per the business requirements & maturity in adoption
