Digital Marketing Role - Insurance - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :


- Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing department including marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

- Plan and manage social media platforms.

- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.

- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

- Constantly Optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment

- Ensuring A/B creative tests, incrementality tests and scaling tests to identify the best outcome

- Test new Channels like Voice Search, Augmented reality, Virtual Reality and Digital Out of Home etc.

- Work with partners to execute AI and ML in Marketing campaigns, wherever possible

- Should possess Analytical Strategic, Decision Making, Technical and Collaborative Skills

- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting industry.

- Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Skills Desired :

- Sound knowledge of online marketing tools.

- Knowledge of CRM functions.

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office tools.

- Knowledge of ATL/BTL Marketing.

Qualification :

- MBA - Premier Institute

- SSC - Above 85%

- HSC - Above 85%
