- 8-10 years' experience developing and leading Performance investment &amp; strategy with execution in digital, programmatic, search, and social and being hands-on in nature a requirement. - Comfort in a creative environment or organization. - Ability to drive cross-platform recommendations, articulate trade-offs, and communicate plans to senior executives. - Willingness to be deep in the details, while also being able to craft and communicate higher-level strategy. - Working closely with agency partners to innovate and implement test and learn strategies, and to drive scalable results. - Experience with optimization strategies, and a proven track record of identifying commonalities between performance channels and other touchpoints (Social, Search, Video, etc.) for greater impact. - Acting as a subject matter expert for all-things paid search, by leading strategy development, campaign management, testing, and execution. - Experience with industry, and cultural media trends, and demonstrated innovation in media, tracking, analytics, and research. - Experience and comfort working in a dynamic, and at times ambiguous, environment. - Having a strong technical understanding of digital performance marketing, i.e. Bought, -Owned, and Earned products and services- such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management, and Display Marketing. - Leverage digital metrics (site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to test landing page performance, content, ads, and content to optimize marketing investment and analyze program impact. - Deep understanding of platforms- in particular, Google Analytics, Buffer, Mailchimp, Drip - Deliver daily measurement and scoring to leadership to foster and drive success What you'll need to succeed in this role : - 8-10 years of experience in Digital marketing - Understanding of FinTech ecosystem - Graduate or post-graduate in Business/Communications/Marketing preferably with previous experience in technical/financial content (blog, news, articles) writing - Should be active on social media and familiar with social media tools and marketing processes. - You understand the value of research and have an awareness of who your audience is. - Excellent time management and analytical skills - Self-reliant, reliable and willing to learn technical &amp; marketing skills - Strong client relationship management skills - Refined skills to work with a geographically diverse content teams
