We are a to be launched EdTech startup. Currently in the midst of building our tech platform, will launch in October. Looking for our key team member who will drive consumer understanding &amp; acquisition for us. Responsible for the funnel (both acquisition &amp; conversion), ensure great adoption &amp; to drive our growth. You will ensure effective marketing strategies, community building and communicate the features and benefits of our product to customers. Handle market research on current trending products, consumer behaviour, influence pricing, and develop messaging &amp; market positioning around products. You are right for this role if you can think of a million ways to take a product to market &amp; but also prioritise 3 &amp; roll up your sleeves to detail &amp; drive them. You should love data, be detail &amp; process oriented alongside rolling up your sleeves to get things done. Remuneration - CTC 15 Lakh Responsibilities: - Drive traffic to our product via channels ranging from paid advertising &amp; social media to referrals. - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns - Design, build and maintain our social media presence - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate - Grow, optimise, and monetise consumer products, delivering growth-focused KPIs through unpaid acquisition strategies. Requirements: - Atleast 4+ years of experience in high-performance product, performance or growth marketing roles. - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). - Working knowledge of ad serving tools - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Strong track record of hitting weekly and monthly targets. - Good judgment and strong thought partner to work directly with the founders.
