Digital Marketing Role - EdTech Startup (4-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Organize and lead digital marketing team
- Own and drive growth and CAC KPIs for all digital channels to meet business requirements.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets across channels, cities, and categories on a monthly level.
- Create content and brand strategies to drive exceptional growth and brand equity.
- Create and manage multiple paid campaigns on performance marketing channels.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
- Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
- Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign.
Qualifications :
- Strong problem solving, first principles thinking.
- Adept at data analytics, pattern recognition, insights generation.
- Deep understanding of digital channels (fb, google, natives, etc).
- Overall business acumen/ understanding of P&L implications.
- Ability to understand consumer cohort level expansion: product level experience would be an added advantage.
- Great communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
