We are looking forward to add Digital Marketer to our portfolio.

Roles & responsibilities :

- We are looking to build a hyperlocal marketing playbook that scales across pin codes in India. We are looking for someone that desires the freedom & budgets, but is willing to take full responsibility for all digital marketing - organic & inorganic. Tldr, here is what life will look like:

- Own: All Channels, Campaigns, Budgets, Content, Pre-Sales Journey, Landing Pages, Analytics Collaborate with: Founders, Sales Head, Brand Head, Product Head

- Team: Built from scratch

Desired experience :

- 4 - 6 years of experience running high-budget (>$50K/mo) campaigns on Meta & Google Independent competency in the all moving parts of the digital marketing engine

- An active community to be on top of latest developments to key channels

- An eye for aesthetics, and ability to hold brand language

- Bonus : Worked with a hyperlocal consumer internet company

Required skills :

- Google: SEM, SEO, GBP, Local SEO, Display, Remarketing, GA, GTM

- Meta: Campaign & Targeting structure, brand awareness, lead gen, retargeting, bots Understanding email marketing, social media storefront, landing pages, and all the necessary tools that come with running digital marketing

Preferred Mindset :

- Deep curiosity to tinker, experiment & learn

- First principles thinker since we'll be chartering new waters in the field of education globally Ambitious about holding high standards for their work

- Ability to pick up newer tools and technologies quickly & independently

- Willing to get their hands dirty

- Willing to work with external partners to get speed and expertise
