Digital Marketing Manager
Functional Responsibilities :
- This role will lead the digital media agenda for Snacks & Beverages categories in the market and is responsible for digital strategy, social listening, partnerships with platforms, programmatic media & digital media innovation
- Partner with brand teams and agencies to develop digital calendar plan ensuring differentiated strategy, platform use, approach and KPIs by brand / target group / campaign objective
- Lead the culture change to embed social listening and real time performance data into brand activation planning
- Maintain a close working partnership with partners such as Facebook and Google to execute JBPs and raise the overall bar on digital marketing & innovation
- Drive digital media innovation and implement testing strategies to continually optimize, improve performance and enhance learning
- Partner with marketing teams to demonstrate digital performance, effectivebess, and ROI
- Lead the programmatic digital agenda through agency trade-desks and evaluate and move towards in-house trading solutions in the medim term
- Consolidate digital investments across brands and categories in the market to drive scale and value for brands
- Lead work with agency partners in ensuring the delivery of digital media KPIs across metrics on reach, frequency, cost, viewability, engagement, etc.
- Lead quarterly digital reviews with category teams
- Identify relevant opportunities for content partnerships and establish a process to share opportunities with brand teams
People Responsibilities :
- Stay current on the strategic digital landscape (consumers, competition, platforms, technologies) and organize knowledge sharing with marketing stakeholders
Key Skills/Experience Required :
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably covering both agencies and marketers
- Strong, hands-on experience with digital and social media management for brands including social listening tools, capabilities and reporting
- Capability to develop annual operating plans on digital for a portfolio of brands and partner with agencies to oversee execution
- Experience in designing - always on- social media strategies with an emphasis on content
- Experience with the digital programmatic media ecosystem - technologies, partners, metrics
- Deep understanding of the media & digital landscape and ecosystem in the market
- Multi-media planning, optimization and execution experience, including digital
