The Role :
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to help us grow to the next phase of our growth curve and beyond. Our ideal candidate has SaaS experience and comes from a B2B software business undergoing rapid growth and change.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Strong content writing skills and experience in creating content for online articles, blogs, e-mail campaigns, press releases and websites
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Recognizes today's competitive needs to build marketing momentum to help drive growth and lead generation sales efforts and related activities.
- Can interpret and deliver on communications, branding, artifact development, campaigns, and website needs.
- Has successfully tackled tough challenges facing start-up organizations and able to collaboratively craft strategy and execute tactically.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong writing skills and experience in creating content for the web and a growing a social audience
- Knowledge and experience with - Best Practice SaaS marketing processes and tools.
- Exceptional planning, creation, idea development and execution for multiple marketing functions including digital and traditional channels.
- Technical marketing skills including experience with SEO, social media Salesforce CRM and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight etc.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Result Oriented
- Team player, with demonstrated formal and informal leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, independent thinker and a team player, who will hit the ground running.
- Up-to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Education: Graduation/Post Graduate in Marketing/Digital Marketing
