The ideal candidate should be:

- Someone who has experienced a similar transformation journey in re branding / re positioning of an organization. He / she need not have played the primary role in such an initiative but should have at least played a decent second fiddle role

- Understands the various aspects of digital marketing, exposure to PR, analyst interactions

- Communication - Grammatically correct English speaking / writing capability.

- Overall personality - a marketing professional with Suave/flair and flamboyance etc

The candidate must have:

- Ability to independently execute and handle marketing initiatives/strategies.

- Ability to provide global market intelligence.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Ability to work with global sales teams to create client success stories, case studies and collaterals.

- Ability to create content for marketing campaigns/collaterals/website/blog/social media and other initiatives.

- Ability to manage multiple projects.

Knowledgeable and experienced in social media marketing trends

- Must have good interpersonal skills

- Should be able to work as a Individual contributor and be self motivated.
