Leading FMCG company is hiring for a Digital Marketing Manager position based out of Kolkata. Candidates from FMCG/FMCD background with 6+ years experience in Digital Marketing need apply.
Main Duties and Functions
- Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy that directly supports business growth
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities
- Plan and execute all web, email, social media, mobile and display advertising campaigns
- Evaluate performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies including new media opportunities
- Work with the brand team and agencies to brainstorm new and innovative customer engagement strategies
- Analyze, evaluate and define end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Maintain a digital dashboard that tracks brand performance across the portfolio
- Monitor competitive digital campaigns and their effectiveness
- Manage effective and proactive digital outreach programs to drive qualified traffic and greater conversion online, and analyze performance
- Secure maximum online media coverage for brand campaigns. Establish and build relationships with key influencers, industry leaders to ensure media buzz.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results Work with the brand team and agencies to brainstorm new and innovative customer engagement strategies.
