Digital Marketing Manager - FMCG (5-7 yrs)

We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to manage the brand's online presence. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing operations.

Central goal is to help grow our brand's influence online while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring all digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

1). Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns across paid & owned digital assets. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

2). Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

3). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

4). Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

5).Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

6). Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Desired Profile :

1). Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

2). MBA degree in marketing or a related field from tier 1 Institutes.

3). Proven working experience in digital marketing of 5-6 years in Lead generation, Customer acquisition targets, CAQ budget achievement and Retention rates.

4). Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

5). Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

6). Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
