Responsibilities:-
- Should have thorough in-depth knowledge of running Search Ads, Display, PLAs, Video/Youtube ads and Facebook Ads
- Lead the efforts of digital marketing and CRM: customer acquisition and retention, Performance marketing of all digital channels
- Manage and ensure performance effectively towards goals
- Plan, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and OKRs)
- Develop strategies for building and retaining mobile app users
- Constantly unearthing new opportunities for growth leveraging the power of digital/social
- Manage, scale and report performance of Adwords & Facebook Advertising Platform
Requirements:-
- Successful experience managing a lean team and advertising agencies to plan, optimise and measure Adwords, Facebook Ads, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Good with numbers and a love for analytics
- Minimum 3 years experience in Digital marketing
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
