Digital Marketing Manager - EdTech/eLearning Firm (2-5 yrs)

Get the opportunity to lead for online marketing campaigns for sizable companies with this role.

- As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels from concept to execution.You will work with the marketing team, supporting teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

- The firm has a diversified and integrated technology-enabled approach to education and has established itself as a recognized brand in the education sector.

- They operate across a broad spectrum of segments in the education industry, including Test preparation and training services, Publishing and content development, Vocational training programs implemented under Government schemes in various states across India. The company is a publicly listed entity headquartered in Delhi.

The key responsibilities as the Digital Marketing Manager will be as follows :

- Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers

- Be responsible for the paid search campaigns using Google AdWords. You will research keywords, define the campaign and ad group structure, write ad copies, go through Search Query Report to add negative keywords, add automated rules to adjust bids.

- Take ownership of the Amazon Marketing Service campaigns. You will ideate and finalize the keywords, key message,campaign goal, banner content and will set it up in AMS.

- Manage the Search Engine Optimization related activities. You will define the target keywords and track their rankings in Moz, work on on-page optimization by writing title, description, run link-building outreach programs.

- Work on conversion optimization of landing pages and product pages. You will research and come up with layout,navigation and sketch of landing pages and produce wireframes using Axure. You will work with graphic designer and web designer to take it from wireframe stage to final webpage.

- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns

- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity

- Work within a budget and report any overspend

- Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns

- Ensure that the organisations brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels

- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs

- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns

- Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary

- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns

- Take responsibility for the organisation of any trade shows or exhibitions

- Administer the website(s)

- Keep abreast of current trends in marketing

Candidate Profile:

- Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills

- Customer-focused, with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers and build effective relationships

- Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented

- Able to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs

- Strong & demonstrable understanding of various Ad networking tools, Google analytics & SEO
