Position : Digital Marketing Manager

Grade : M2 ( Sr. Manager )

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Conceptualizing marketing plans which include email programs, new product launches etc.

- Formulating and executing online ads, social media campaigns, new traffic-driving content strategies

- Optimizing campaigns to increase conversion rates

- Analyzing trends and identifying opportunities to enhance online customer experiences

- Spearheading a marketing initiative to enhance customer experience and bring uniformity in communication across all channels. Also building various business scenarios and pitching the same

- Rolling out promotions and working closely with respective teams to schedule and execute them

- Strategizing digital marketing tactics for increasing leads and spreading brand awareness

- Engaging with product teams and coordinating agencies to ensure product features get highlighted and have maximum reach

- Implement digital mediums such as Website, Emailers, Paid & Organic Search (SEM / SEO), Display (GDN, Financial & Non-Financial websites), Display Networks and Mobile for digital campaigns.

- Search campaign involving both Keyword and Site-Targeted campaign including Remarketing. Campaign & Website tracking and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords. Webmaster Tools to consistently monitor website and campaign performance.

- Prepare quarterly marketing calendar and budgets for digital campaigns for respective geographies.

- Conceptualise and execute offline campaigns to promote financial products through mediums such as TV, Print, Radio and Branches

Experience & education:

- The candidate should be an MBA from a premier B-school with about 3- 10 years of experience in banking, telecom, retail, FMCG or durable industry.

Key traits of the person should be:

- Analytical and ability to swift through complex data.

- Creative marketing resource with exposure to different channels.

- Exposure to below the line marketing channels

- Sales and Marketing experience having handled a large base of customers

- Ability to put a structure and process to blue sky thought.

- Go-getter and never say die attitude.
