JOB ROLE :

- Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and contributing to marketing programme that drive visibility & revenue growth. This role will be responsible for the development and management of broad digital marketing programs, implementation and results. 


- He/She will manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness in B2B business environment. He/She will manage lead generation, web site development, Social Media and content curation/creation. This high-impact role will work across functions and interact with group marketing team, senior management, vendors, and sales & service team.

Core Competencies:

- Good understanding of CRM platform, experience of working on CRM software eg: Salesforce, SAP, Sage, Hubspot

- Knowledge of lead funnel management and reporting

- Hands-on experience on Marketing Automation tool eg: Pardot, Marketo, Elequa

- Basic knowledge of HTML

- Understanding of segmentation, positioning & targeting

- Experience in content marketing (Planning & Execution)

- First-hand experience of running Google PPC ads

- Good understanding of remarketing & Audience building techniques

- Understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page & Local) & ability to make a plan for targeted SEO content

- Hands-on experience on SEO tools eg: SEMrush, MOZ, Ahref etc.

- Social Media Management Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube

- Basic understanding of website CMS

- B2B industrial content development

- Basic Photoshop & Video editing skills

- Ability to define strategy for Audience building.

- Knowledge of Cross-platform integration and Custom Audience

- Experience of running very targeted social advertising campaign

- In-depth understanding of Ad products and management platform of different social platform

- Prior experience of social media tools eg: buffer, hootsuits, bamboo etc.

- Good hands on excel and ability to prepare insightful MIS

Education:

Any graduate with MBA specialization in marketing/ Degree in marketing management/ Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing management with A grade from reputed college

Experience:

- Marketing experience of 8 to 11 years

- Exposure to working in an MNC or a reputed Indian company is desired
