Digital Marketing Manager (3-5 yrs)
As a Digital Marketing Manager at R Team Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives.
2. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and more.
3. SEO & SEM: Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.
4. Social Media: Create, curate, and manage content on social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
5. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
6. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
7. Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
8. Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates and user experience.
9. Campaign Tracking: Set up tracking mechanisms to monitor campaign performance, including UTM parameters and conversion tracking.
10. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to stay updated with industry trends.
- Project management skills to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
