Roles and Responsibilities:

A Digital Marketing Manager leads the organization's online growth strategy. They are responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

- Develop and own the digital marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Plan annual/quarterly campaign targets, channels, and budgets.

- Conduct market research to understand customer personas and digital platforms that best reach them.

2. Campaign Management

- Run multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Email, Affiliates, Influencers).

- Track campaign performance daily/weekly and optimize for cost, CTR, conversions, and ROI.

- A/B test creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and messaging.

3. Performance Marketing

- Manage paid advertising budgets efficiently.

- Monitor CPA, CPL, ROAS, and other performance KPIs.

- Implement remarketing and lead nurturing funnels.

4. SEO & Website Optimization

- Oversee SEO strategy: keyword planning, backlinking, content structure, on-page & technical improvements.

- Enhance landing page UX to improve conversion rates.

5. Content & Social Media Oversight

- Develop content calendars for social, blog, email, and ads.

- Supervise creative output (ad copies, videos, designs, website content).

- Build consistent brand storytelling across all platforms.

6. Marketing Automation & CRM

- Execute automated email journeys, lead scoring, segmentation.

- Coordinate with sales for lead hand-off, CRM hygiene, and dashboards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Experience

- 3-7 years in digital marketing (depending on seniority requirement).

- Proven success managing paid campaigns and SEO strategy end-to-end.

- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS / IT / services is highly desirable.

2. Technical Skills

- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console.

- Hands-on with CRM & marketing automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, etc.).

- Knowledge of keyword planning, competitor benchmarking, and funnel optimization.

3. Behavioral Competencies

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.

- Creative problem solver who stays updated on digital trends.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple high-pressure campaigns and deadlines.
