Role : Digital Marketing Lead (reporting into founder)

About the Role :

The firm is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to own and lead the Digital Marketing Strategies. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a fast paced environment, build something from ground up and and drive incredible business impact. The person will be tasked with managing Digital Marketing budgets, to be deployed against different business goals (Awareness, Consideration, Acquisition) in order to hit aggressive growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing data-driven media strategies and tactics that drive positive ROI for e-commerce or mobile app companies. S/He will think creatively and analytically, be a great at building robust strategy, and work collaboratively across the organization. Additionally, this candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.

He/ she should have handled large monthly budgets at a B2C product firm of approx.

What You'll Do :

- Lead the digital marketing and design team to implement paid marketing strategies and tactics to support growth and acquisition of new customers

- Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics that consistently improve each channels' conversion and efficiencies

- Manage a pipeline for innovation across marketing channels, promotional offers and messaging, using A/B and multivariate tests to test hypotheses

- Partner with internal creative teams to develop integrated marketing messaging and creative execution

- Help drive marketing analytics on all campaign ad hoc analyses, which includes response tracking and campaign reporting

- Drive marketing on various social media channels and be adept at facebook marketing, adwords, afffiliate marketing, youtube, whatsapp marketing etc.

What You'll Need :

- 1-3 years of buying and managing campaigns across SEM, Social, Affiliate etc

- Should have handled large budgets and led a team

- B2C product firm experience

- Ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions and balance that with the 'art' of media strategy

- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to partners

- Self-motivated and strong collaborator
