Role - Digital Market Lead - IC Role
Reports To - Global Marketing Head
Location- Mumbai/ Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Actual experience doing Marketing Automation and retargeting. Marketing Automation in the other platform is good too Hubspot. (certifications / success stories here would be an advantage)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights and Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Working in close collaboration with other teams within Marketing (Creative, Events, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations) to build cross-functional cohesion. working with Alliances/Partnership team to expand reach
Requirements:
- Masters degree in marketing, business or communications with minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing in a B2B tech services or SaaS company in US/ Europe
- Strong collaborator and ability to matrixed organizational structure
- Have a deep understanding of and experience in creating buyer and influencer need, the buyers journey and targeting
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills required
- Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders with conflicting requirements and motivations
- A self-motivated leader who is driven to set aggressive objectives and meet them
- Working knowledge of Marketing Automation (e.g. Marketo), Office 360.
