Job Description : - Digital Marketing and E Commerce Manager Swastiks Masala - Contemplate and Implementing complete digital marketing plan for SWASTIKS brand. - Creating Strong e-commerce marketing plan and strategy for own portal and leading market places (eg. Amazon, Flipkart, Bigbasket and Groffers etc.,) - Introducing our product range in all grocery e commerce platform. - Forecast and develop effective e-commerce marketing drive with Execution in partnership with our sales team. - Lead CRM, ORM, Digital AOR, Website architecture, content - linking and other factors to improve SEO. Drive online campaigns, Track sales and profit growth of company's portal &nbsp;- Define Design Build Implement and Maintain Swastiks social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc and digital campaigns using Google AdWords). - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) -enhance sales through own portal by building effective strategies and methods (analyse visitor trends, remarketing, sending reminders or info thru email, WhatsApp and SMS) - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Requirements - Bachelors /Master degree in marketing or a related field - Proven working experience in digital marketing - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments -Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) - Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) -Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
