Looking for MBA Marketing from Tier 1 institute, preferably working with a Big 4 consulting/ Tier 1 Ad agencies:
Job Role :
a. Digital Strategy : Drive and lead development, selling and execution of digital strategies such as content marketing and online engagement concepts for leading clients and accounts
- Demonstrate deep professional experience digital communications/marketing, with a clear understanding how to apply tools and technology to infuse innovative digital and social strategies into new and existing work
- Continually grow understanding and knowledge of client business and their competitive environment; apply this information in preparing and presenting focused programs and recommendations
- Educate internal peers and external clients of digital and social media trends
- Identify and assist in building new service offerings in relation to digital & social media
- Build and present concepts and programs, both for clients and for new business proposals and opportunities
b. Relationship Building, Integrated Account Management and Client Consultation
- Act as primary client contact on key accounts; continually fostering client-agency relationships, ensuring project quality and consistently adding value to achieve success and build ongoing trust
- Facilitate teamwork within client account team; coordinate team resources and create opportunities
c. Content Creation and Community Engagement
- Leverage personal and professional experience with emerging media content and online community engagement to drive compelling experiences across the Web
- Develop and implement strategies and tactical programs to influence and engage audiences online
- Create, curate and moderate content and conversation strategies to engage online communities
- Build strategic and compelling content strategies across a variety of social and digital platforms
- Pro-actively identify and develop sound point of view for clients and teams
- Regularly identify and present new strategic ideas, concepts and programs for clients and new business opportunities
- Translate trends, technologies and metrics into understandable and easily digestible presentations
Additional skills :
- Successful track record of building and presenting strategic digital concepts/programs, recommendations and tactics for clients and effectively executing programs
- Solid grasp of social, digital, word-of-mouth marketing, personal and professional experience across the digital and social space, and knowledge of emerging trends and technologies
- Experience developing digital strategies for new website builds and community engagement channels
- Ability to provide clear creative conceptual direction and to motivate and inspire client, account, and creative teams
- Advanced knowledge through experience using social media to use it to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to a website/social media pages in relation to broader media mix
- Ability to translate social media and digital trends, technologies and metrics into succinct, compelling, conversational language for a variety of audiences
- Strong understanding of community engagement and online campaign experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across a range of formats and platforms
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently
